I find Roy, Sharifa n Azfar very helpful, honest n knowledgeable. Roy patiently explains to me about the drywood termite issues we are facing with our condo's parquet floorg and window ledges. Sharifa coordinated smoothly with my other queries and Azfar inspected our place professionaly and expertly advising us to change the parquet and bay window ledge instead of treating it as treatment would not effectly remove the drywood termites and we will be wasting money on the treatment. I was having white "droppings" under the wooden board which covered my aircon compressor. Not knowing what they were and suspecting termites, I called up Termite Specialist. Roy was able to help determine it was a drywood termites issue after sending him photos and video of the infestation. He did not start to tell me of all sort of costs as compared to other companies which i had called up, but was very patient in explaining to me about the details of drywood termite which was a brand new topic to me. Most importantly, he even advised me that it was not necessary to pay for them to come to resolve the issue, but to just change my aircon board. Through our conversations, i really can sense his knowledge in termites termination, also that he is honest and will not want to charge you if its unnecessary. In the end, I didn't need to engage his service, but even while I consulted his advice how to handle the infestation while waiting for the aircon people to change the board, he again provided me advices helpfully. Comparing to other companies which already want to charge me to just come down for inspection, Roy certainly demonstrated professionism and a genuine willingness to help in spite of earning nothing from me. I'm willing to refer him to anyone who requires his service.
